Important Notice BillOnline provides receipt templates strictly for personal record-keeping and internal documentation purposes. These templates must NOT be used to create false, fabricated or fraudulent documents. Misuse may be a criminal offence under Indian law.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BillOnline ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Purpose of the Service

BillOnline provides free and premium receipt template generators for petrol/diesel fuel bills and other document types. These tools are intended solely for:

Personal record-keeping and financial tracking
Recreating lost or misplaced receipts for your own records
Internal documentation within organisations
Educational and demonstration purposes

3. Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use this Website or its generated content to:

Create fraudulent, forged or falsified documents to deceive any person, employer, insurer, government body or financial institution
Submit fabricated receipts for tax claims, expense reimbursements or insurance claims
Misrepresent transactions that did not occur
Engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian laws, including the Indian Penal Code, Information Technology Act 2000, GST Act or Income Tax Act

Violation of these terms may constitute a criminal offence. BillOnline bears no liability for any misuse of the templates provided.

4. No Warranty

The Website and its tools are provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Templates are for reference only. Verify all details and compliance with your accountant or legal advisor before any official use.

5. Limitation of Liability

BillOnline, its owners and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of this Website or its generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website design, code and content are the property of BillOnline. Third-party brand logos (IndianOil, BPCL, HPCL, Nayara) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely for template identification purposes with no affiliation or endorsement implied.

7. Premium Subscription

Premium access (₹99/month) is activated via a monthly code. Codes are non-transferable and valid for 30 days from activation. No refunds are issued for unused days. BillOnline reserves the right to revoke access for violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
